Born in Greenwood on September 11, 1945, Jerry was the son of the late Leslie C. and Elizabeth Doolittle Fuller. He attended Ninety Six High School before embarking on a lengthy career with Solutia, where he dedicated over 35 years of service before his retirement.

An active member of North Side Baptist Church, Jerry was well-known for his contributions to the Friendship Sunday School Class. Beyond his spiritual commitments, he was recognized in the community as an avid golfer and a loyal supporter of the Carolina Gamecocks. However, his greatest joy came from spending meaningful time with his grandchildren, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Rebecca “Becky” Gunnells Fuller, along with two daughters, Michelle and Crystil, both of whom reside in Greenwood. Michelle is married to Gene Rowell, and Crystil is married to Jim Still. In addition, Jerry leaves behind five grandchildren: Adam and Brittany Rowell, and Adair, Lowndes, and Landen Still. His family also includes in-laws Robert and Linda Godfrey, Dale and Joyce Boyd, Dale Gunnells, and Wileene Gunnells, all from Greenwood. Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph L. Fuller, and sister-in-law, Betty Joe Fuller, as well as his mother and father-in-law, Walt and Helen Gunnells, and brother-in-law Donald “Ducky” Gunnells.

A memorial service will be held on Monday at 3:00 PM at Blyth Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Dr. Jeff Lethco, Rev. Donald Rowell, and Rev. Tim Ellenberg. During the service, honorary escorts will include members of the Friendship Sunday School Class and several dear friends, including Jimmy and Pat Still, Leon and Brenda Jay, and Donald Leopard. The family will welcome friends from 2:00 PM until the service begins.
