Following Dutch Fork in the Class AAAAA ranking is Summerville at No. 2, while Gaffney stands firm at No. 3. Northwestern comes in at No. 4, earning 1 first-place vote, and Irmo has been placed at No. 5. Rounding out the top ten in Class AAAAA are Spartanburg (No. 6), Greenwood (No. 7), Sumter (No. 8), TL Hanna (No. 9), and a tie for No. 10 between Byrnes and Ridge View. Several other schools also received votes, including White Knoll and Hillcrest.

In Class AAAA, South Pointe takes the lead with 10 first-place votes. South Florence follows closely in second with 6 first-place votes, while Westside ranks No. 3 after garnering 1 first-place vote.
