His journey in the industry began in 2005 after graduating from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. Distefano’s involvement with the CAGC Young Leaders program dates back to its inception in 2014 and he is currently serving his second term on the Young Leaders Action Team Committee.
