Forrest has earned an Education Specialist Degree from Argosy University, along with a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida.

Shane Goodwin

Currently, Shane Goodwin serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Administration for Frederick County Public Schools in Winchester, Virginia. His role encompasses the oversight of principals, human resources, facilities services, and technology services. He previously held the position of Director of Human Resources and Communication in Warren County Public Schools, Virginia. Goodwin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Shenandoah University, expected to be completed by May 2026.

Terrance Sanders

Terrance Sanders, a native of South Carolina, is currently the Chief Academic Officer and Deputy Superintendent for the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District in Texas. He has over 20 years of experience across various educational roles. Sanders holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University, a Master’s degree from Winthrop University, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern Mississippi.
